Our manufacturing workshop is equipped with 12 high-precision CNC lathes capable of achieving machining
accuracies up to 0.005 mm. These versatile machines can process complex parts with diameters ranging
from 280 to 350 mm. Each lathe is fitted with an 8 to 12 station turret and a tailstock center to
ensure stability and efficient multi-stage machining.
In addition, the facility includes three four-axis vertical machining centers (accuracy up to 0.01 mm)
for integrated machining of complex curves and multiple surfaces, and two four-axis horizontal machining
centers with hydraulic tool holders and internal cooling systems for heavy cutting and deep-hole
machining. This comprehensive equipment configuration guarantees high precision and efficiency for
diverse machining requirements.
Leveraging internationally leading high-precision equipment and refined process flows, we achieve
exceptional machining accuracy with product surface roughness consistently maintained at RA 0.4 or
below and even at higher precision standards. This technological advantage enables our products to meet
the stringent demands for high precision and cleanliness in industries such as medical, food, and
semiconductor machinery.
